THE INDONESIAN CONSTITUTION

The following is the formal constitution of Indonesia

Article One: National Sovereignty

No foreign countries, especially the United States, should get involved in Indonesia's internal affairs. No other countries may make the government of Indonesia feel inferior without its consent. The government of Indonesia has the right to sustain its stability, unity and to interpret the definition of "Human Rights" as it sees fit and according to the dictates as well as possible vagaries of the moment – as they may serve our purposes. Indonesia is established based on a GENUINE DEMOCRACY. Every citizen of eighteen years of age has the right to vote as long as he or she is in favor of and totally supportive of establishing and maintaining the present benevolent Javanese Empire.

Article Two: Human Rights

Human Rights shall mean the rights of the government of Indonesia to perform its duty without constraint from and irrespective of any scrutiny of its activities by anyone whom might be inclined to criticize and undermine the good intentions of the Indonesian Government in the process of fulfilling the will of the Indonesian people. This definition of Human Rights shall apply to all branches of its administration and military, including paramilitary combatants acting openly in support of or with the covert authorization of the government. Other definitions of "Human Rights" shall not be considered valid within Indonesia.

The noble citizens of Indonesia are advised not to do the slightest thing that can shame or weaken the government. Any Indonesian, individually or collectively, who criticizes the government's components in any way, shape or form will be persecuted, prosecuted and/or killed on the spot with no questions asked. Anyone who does ask questions, risks being killed as does anyone who subsequently questions that person's killing until finally the message gets through that there truly is no recourse nor limit to the justice that will be meted out to those who question the good intentions of Indonesian Government.

Product Liability Disclaimer: If the government’s armed forces should kill an assumed suspect by mistake, that merely means the official involved is still learning and family members/related individuals and citizens at large must act with restraint and understanding. It being understood that a good cover up, designed to transfer blame for an atrocity to our opposition, is not always easy to contrive and therefore inexperienced government officials in training may fall short of the high ideals their superiors have set for them historically and fail in their early attempts – but, practice makes perfect and time is on our side.

Article Three: Further Clarification of Article Two

There is no such a thing or act that can be deemed inhuman unless it is deemed inhuman by the sovereign government of Indonesia. The government of Indonesia knows what is good for itself and its people. Massacres and ethnic cleansing are natural occurrences for which there is more than ample historic precedent and are needed from time to time whenever the national stability of the nation is being challenged. The government, together with its component administration and divisions, do not negotiate with and shall not tolerate any country that tells it what to do in this regard - unless ignoring such advice means that military shipments and supplies may be cut off, in which case lip service shall be given to such supplying governments long enough for us to receive all the munitions, planes, parts etc that we need to continue the good works of the Indonesian government.

Article Four: Freedom from Outside Powers

We, the government of Indonesia, believe in  "AUTHENTIC FREEDOM" and the right of every individual who works and believes in the government of Indonesia to have a life free of intrusion and terror in any form and for any reason from the United States and other countries.

Article Five: Freedom of Speech

In regard to freedom of speech, every citizen has the right to express their opinion as long as it reflects kindly upon the many good works of the government and renders the government the praise it so richly deserves for its unending efforts on the behalf of the peoples of Indonesia.

The revocation of press passes may (and in almost all cases will) apply to any newspaper, magazine or other news gathering agency that reveals any unfavorable information about the current or past administration(s) and its/their various activities. Foreign journalists will be banned from entering Indonesia if a writer either fails to cooperate or to follow this stated rule and guideline. Lack of cooperation on the part of news organizations with these guidelines may necessitate the need for a journalist to become "disappeared" or "regrettably killed by the enemy", while in the performance of their journalistic duties.

Article Six: Punishment for Abuse of Governmental Power

There will no charges filed nor any punishment ever exacted regardless of the type of or extent of wrong doing by any component of the Indonesian Government: its administration, military officers or soldiers, including all non-official but secretly supported paramilitary groups working in favor of the government's peace and prosperity plans. Corruption and the offering of bribes to government leaders has always been and will continue to be completely acceptable. Such activities have a long and honored tradition in Indonesia and should not be considered an affront to or in any way an indication of dishonesty, indecency nor suggest a lack of moral rectitude.

Cronyism and nepotism, contrary to the notions of those outside countries who would interfere in the peaceful and considerate administration of Indonesia by its government, is an essential part of and absolutely necessary to the building and maintenance of a solid, cohesive government. The right relationship is everything. Therefore, every candidate should know each other well, which is why blood relationships are so fundamental.

Criminal action, so long as the reason for said action is for the sake of and benefit of Indonesian stability, unity and dignity, is permissible at any level by anyone at anytime and will be deemed non-criminal if predicated upon the above altruistic motives by patriots of Indonesia. In addition, these patriots depending on budget allowances available for such services at the time said services are rendered to the government may or may not receive monetary as well as other types of rewards and incentives from the government.
